So I'm moving mid-month, which means that the next two weeks will be complete and utter hell, sucking the life out of me until everything is so. I won't go on at length about the move except to say that the previous tenant had very old-fashioned taste if the contact paper lining the shelves and drawers are any indication. I'm one of those people who needs total control of my surroundings, including colour scheme. Neutral all the way, so a trip to Walmart for something in a beige will be in order. I've tried out just about every colour, from bright red to pastel, and I must say they all stress me out. Maybe it's that in order for my brain to be creative everything around me has to be like a blank slate. Who knows, but I found myself unable to relax in anything darker than tan.

What this means is that I'll be kicking myself for ignoring the paper I have due and have to consider getting an extension, all those great ideas that pop into the head will have to be scribbled down on any scrap of paper in reach only to be lost for 6 months afterwards, and the only thing that will fix this is looking at pictures of Gerard Butler carrying a man-purse:

Additionally, I'm outraged that Juno won the Best Screenplay award at the Oscars while once again, Lars and the Real Girl was robbed.
